2. Order Acceptance & Verification

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, or misuse of discount codes.
All orders may be subject to additional verification, including confirmation of billing and shipping details.

3. Product Descriptions & Images

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, or natural material differences. Such variations do not qualify as product defects or grounds for a “product unacceptable” claim.

4. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping and contact information

  • Reviewing product descriptions, sizes, and specifications before purchase

  • Ensuring safe delivery at the provided address, including using secure locations or mailboxes

We are not liable for loss or theft once the package is marked as Delivered by the carrier.

5. Payments & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree to:

  • Use legitimate funds and a payment method you are authorized to use

  • Not file false or misleading chargebacks

Friendly fraud / unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with full evidence, including order logs, delivery confirmation, IP address, device ID, and communication records.

Submitting a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in:

  • Account termination

  • Reporting to fraud-prevention databases

  • Legal action if applicable

6. Returns, Exchanges & “Product Unacceptable” Claims

We accept returns or exchanges only according to our Refund/Return Policy (below).
Claims of “product not as described” or “unacceptable” require photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue.

Claims not supported by evidence or involving:

  • Minor colour variations

  • Subjective dissatisfaction

  • Wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

will not be accepted.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
