Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 weeks, unless stated otherwise on the product info. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Custom pieces and made to order airbrush pieces have a longer processing time of around 4-6 weeks.

2. Shipping Time & Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-volume periods.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Customs processing times

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

A package marked Delivered by the carrier is considered successfully delivered.
We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Stolen after delivery

  • Delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect address entry by the customer

  • Unretrieved from pickup points

For lost packages, we can assist with a carrier investigation, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.

4. Incorrect Address Policy

If the customer enters an incorrect address:

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery

  • Reshipping fees may apply

  • Orders cannot be canceled after shipping

5. International Shipping (if applicable)

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Refusal to pay these fees is not grounds for a refund.
