Refund / Return Policy
1. Eligibility
To request a return, refund, or replacement, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery with:

Clear photo/video evidence of the issue
Refunds are issued only if the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect based on the order placed. Any return request must be presented with visual evidence of the problem.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

“Changed my mind”

“Item not what I expected” (subjective dissatisfaction)

Wrong size chosen by customer (if sizing chart is provided)

Sale items or gift cards

Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
3. Replacements
Replacements are provided only when clear evidence shows a product defect or incorrect item was sent.
4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If you initiate a chargeback after receiving your product without contacting us first:

We will provide full evidence to the payment processor

Your account may be flagged or banned from future purchases

Fraudulent claims may be pursued legally
